Simply browse our website, select your preferred footwear, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You will receive a confirmation email after completing your purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as other secure payment methods displayed at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We accept order cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, the order enters the processing stage and cannot be canceled. If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where do you ship?

Currently, Feetsers ships exclusively within the United Kingdom.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

How long does delivery take?
  • Standard Shipping: £4.95 flat rate — Delivery within 7 to 10 business days (processing time included)
  • Free Standard Shipping: Available for orders over £100 Delivery within 6 to 10 business days (processing time included)
  • Priority Shipping: £7.95 flat rate — delivery within 5 to 8 business days (processing time included)
What is your return policy?

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. We accept returns for both unused and opened items, as long as they are in good condition and include all original packaging and accessories. A proof of purchase is required.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is incorrect or defective.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 7 days to the original payment method.
