Accepted Payment Methods
At Feetsers, we use Shopify Payments to provide a secure and seamless checkout experience. We accept the following payment methods
- Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro)
- Apple Pay & Google Pay (for fast checkout on supported devices)
- Shop Pay (for a faster Shopify checkout experience)
We do not accept PayPal at this time.
All transactions are processed in the customer's local currency based on their selected payment method at checkout.
Payment Processing & Authorization
Payments are charged immediately upon completing checkout. If you use Apple Pay, Google Pay, you may be redirected to their secure portal to finalize your payment. In case of payment failure, please double-check your details or use an alternative payment method.
For security reasons, Shopify Payments may conduct fraud checks on transactions. If additional verification is required, our team may contact you to confirm your order.

We never store your card details. All sensitive payment information is processed securely by Shopify Payments.
Currency & International Payments
All transactions are processed in the customer's local currency based on their selected payment method at checkout. If purchasing from outside the UK, your bank or card provider will handle currency conversion. Additional exchange fees may apply depending on your bank's policies. Please check with your payment provider for details.
Payment Issues & Troubleshooting
If your payment is declined, consider the following
- Ensure your card details (number, expiration date, and CVV) are correct
- Check if your bank has blocked the transaction for security reasons
- Make sure you have sufficient funds available
- Try a different accepted payment method

Refunds & Chargebacks
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after approval. If you suspect an unauthorized transaction, please contact our support team before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We will work with you to resolve any concerns.
