1. Delivery Zones
We currently ship to the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and all countries within Europe.
2. Shipping Time
We offer reliable shipping by (Royal Mail, Yodel, Evri) with estimated transit times based on your location.
- United Kingdom: Standard shipping takes 8-14 business days.
- United States: Standard shipping takes 8-14 business days.
- Australia, New Zealand, and Europe: Standard shipping takes 10-16 business days.
Please note that shipping times include order processing and handling time. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs clearance, carrier issues, or peak holiday seasons. While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
3. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping Offer
We charge a flat-rate shipping fee of £4.95 for all orders. However, we are pleased to offer FREE shipping on orders over £100, making your shopping experience even more convenient.
4. Order Handling & Cutoff Time
- Handling Time: Orders are typically processed within 2 to 4 business days after payment confirmation.
- Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM GMT (London Time) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff time or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
5. Address Changes
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout. If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, contact our customer support team immediately. We will do our best to update your details before dispatch. However, once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to make any changes.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details and instructions to monitor your package. You can also track your order on our website here. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to be reflected by the carrier.
7. Shipping Restrictions (PO Boxes)
Certain carriers may not deliver to PO Box addresses. We recommend using a physical street address to avoid delivery issues. If a PO Box is your only option, please contact our support team to check if delivery to your location is possible.
